The tour Orientation · Lesson 2

Here’s how it works.

About five minutes. By the end you’ll know how the catalog is laid out, what’s inside each module, and how to listen on the drive in.

The catalog

Three tracks. Pick your starting point — switch any time.

Every paid member has full access to all three tracks from day one. Pick the one closest to your day job and work at your pace. Within a tier, jump between modules in any order — to unlock the next tier, finish all modules in the current one. Across tracks, you can move freely at any tier level.

What you earn

Two rewards. One ladder.

Finish a rung — five to eleven modules — and the certificate prints with everything an audit needs. Graduate a tier, and the medal on your profile levels up. Documentation on one side, identity on the other.

Certificate of Completion

RCS Foundation

Electrical Basics for CP
This certifies that
Mike Roberts
Modules completed EC-001 through EC-007
Total duration 3.5 hours
Completion date April 30, 2026
Issued by Roberts Corrosion Services
Objectives Learned
Electrical fundamentals as applied to cathodic protection: circuits, Ohm’s law, AC/DC behavior, power and energy in CP systems.
The cert — printable, audit-defensible. PDH/CEC eligible. Five fields cover every credential body’s renewal requirements. One per rung you finish — 53 in all if you climb every ladder.

The medal — your tier identity, displayed on the leaderboard and next to your name across the site. One per track; up to three at once if you’re working all three. The shape stays; the metal levels up.
On the move

Watch on the tablet. Listen on the drive in.

Every module’s audio is recorded to stand on its own — no “as you can see on the slide.” Stream it from your phone in the truck, in the field, in the kitchen. The visual stuff waits for when you’re back at the bench.

Mobile-first layout.

Phones, tablets, laptops. Same content, sized to whatever you’re holding.

Podcast mode.

Audio-only player on every module. Headphones in, hands on the wheel, training keeps moving.

Offline progress sync.

Lose signal in the field, your progress syncs the next time you’re back on data. No re-watching what you already finished.

Resume where you left off.

Switch from truck to tablet to laptop. The platform remembers exactly where you stopped — including the timecode in the audio.

Members-only community.

And once you’re in, you’re not alone. A members-only space for questions, field tips, and answers — from other techs and from us.

Test drive

Let’s put your name on it.

The next lesson opens up your training environment — your name in the chrome, the personalization sub-row showing your current module, the whole thing tuned to you. Drop a name and email so we can set it up. First name’s enough; last name’s optional. We’ll never sell your address or send marketing junk.

We’ll set up an account so your progress is saved. Verify your email when you’re ready to upgrade — or don’t. Privacy & what we do with your address
