What this is

An alternative billing path for organizations.

Some companies want their training team to enroll a whole crew at once — not have each technician sign up individually with a personal credit card. We work with utilities and operator clients via existing service agreements, and we extend that same back-office relationship to training seats. Same product. Different way to pay.

Every learner gets a full RCS Training account with full catalog access across all three tracks. Same rung certificates, same medal display, same continuous-update content as everyone else. The only difference is who’s holding the bill.

Billing options

Three ways to handle it. Pick whichever fits your back office.

Option 1

Single admin, one card.

One person at your company holds the seats and pays by credit card on a recurring monthly or annual subscription. Simplest path for small teams. You manage the seat list; we handle the rest.

Option 2

PO / invoice billing.

If your company already has a service agreement with us — or wants one — we add training seats to that agreement and invoice on your normal cadence. Net 30 or whatever your AP team prefers. Common for utility operators and large contractors.

Option 3

Custom arrangement.

Bulk pre-pay, fiscal-year alignment, multi-year terms, training included as a line item in a larger services contract — we’ve done all of these. If you have a billing constraint we haven’t seen, ask.

Group discounts

The bigger the team, the better the rate.

All seats must come from the same company. Discounts scale with team size.

1–4
Standard rate
No discount. Best handled by individual signup.
5–12
Group discount
Per-seat discount applies. Same access, lower per-person cost.
12+
Significant discount
Substantial per-seat reduction. Best fit for full-crew enrollment.
How it works

From email to enrollment, usually within a few days.

1

Email Mike at Training@rcswv.com

Tell us your company, the rough team size, and which billing option fits. Existing RCS clients can reference your active service agreement.

2

We send a quote and a roster template.

Based on your team size, we’ll quote per-seat pricing with the appropriate group discount applied. The roster template is a simple spreadsheet — name and email per seat. Every seat gets full catalog access; learners pick their own starting track.

3

You return the roster, we provision the accounts.

Each technician on the roster gets a welcome email with their account login and orientation link. They land in the same product as everyone else, with full catalog access from day one.

4

Billing follows whichever option you picked.

Single admin · CC on file. PO/Invoice · we send the invoice on agreed cadence. Custom · per terms negotiated. Cancel or change seat counts at the next billing cycle.

5

You get a quarterly progress summary.

Optional. If your training team wants visibility into who’s earned which certs and how active the seats have been, we can send a quarterly roll-up. Useful for credential renewal documentation, internal reviews, and identifying who’s ready for the next tier.

FAQ

Common questions.

Does each technician need a different email?

Yes — each seat is one user account, tied to a unique email. Personal emails are fine if your company doesn’t issue work emails to field crews. Whatever works for the way they actually log in.

What counts as “the same company”?

Same parent company is fine even across subsidiaries or sub-contractor relationships. If you’re not sure, ask. We’d rather work it out than have a borderline case stop a deal.

Can we add more seats mid-term?

Yes. New seats join at the same per-seat rate as the existing roster. Billing prorates to the next cycle.

Do you offer custom training?

For company accounts above a certain size, yes. We’ve built bespoke modules tied to a client’s specific equipment, field procedures, or internal SOPs. Reach out and we’ll scope it.

What if we want to onboard the whole team in one session?

We can do a remote kickoff session walking your crew through the platform. Usually one hour, recorded for anyone who couldn’t attend live. No extra charge for accounts of 8 or more.

How do we cancel?

Email us. PO/invoice arrangements end at the term boundary. Subscription arrangements end at the next billing cycle. Existing earned certs and progress are preserved on the learner’s account if they re-enroll later as an individual.
