Other ways in.
If self-service monthly or annual signup isn’t the right fit for your situation, here’s how the rest works. Three paths below — pick yours.
Most folks who sign up for RCS Training do it the same way: pick monthly or annual on the pricing page, pay with a card, get going. But there are three other paths into the catalog — for the subscribers who supported the work before any of this existed, for teams, and for employees or special grants.
Each one is human-handled. No checkout for situations that don’t need a checkout. Find your path below and send us a note.
Three paths
Field Notes founding members
If you’ve been paying for Field Notes from RCS, training access is included. Same newsletter subscription, same content in your inbox — the full RCS Training catalog stacks on top at no extra cost. We call this the Founding Members tier; it’s a thank-you to the subscribers who were here first.
Company accounts
Training a team? Company accounts come with discount pricing for multiple seats. We’ll handle billing the way that fits your back office — admin credit card, PO and invoice, or a custom arrangement. Invoiced accounts skip the credit card flow entirely.
Your buddy at RCS got you in?
Maybe you’re an employee. Maybe you’re a contractor we work with. Maybe somebody at RCS just owes you a favor. Whatever the reason — send us your name and email. We’ll set you up. No checkout, no coupon, no card.

Got it. Thank you.
We’ll match your email against the Field Notes paid list and send you a one-time signup link — usually within 24 hours.
If you don’t hear back by the time you’d expect, drop us a line at Training@rcswv.com and we’ll sort it out.
However you got here — newsletter subscriber, team buyer, employee, conference attendee — we’ll get you set up. The catalog grows weekly. Every module is built by the team at RCS — same people doing the work in the field, every day.
Our goal remains: to provide something useful.
