How do I sign up?
Visit the pricing page and pick monthly or annual. Both unlock the full catalog. You’ll set up an account at checkout — no separate signup step.
How do I use a coupon?
On the registration page, click “Have a coupon?” just under the price. Paste your code there and the discount applies to your first payment.
Coupons are shared at industry events, in the Field Notes from RCS newsletter, and through direct email — they’re not posted on the site.
How do I access my modules?
Once you’re signed in, click Dashboard in the top nav for an overview, or open My training from the user menu for your full module list. Modules are organized by track (External Corrosion · Internal Corrosion · Coatings & Inspection) and rung.
Each module has the same structure: read the technical content, listen to the field walkthrough, work through an applied problem, then take a short quiz. Pass the quiz to mark the module complete. Finish every module in a rung and you’ll earn that rung’s certificate.
Where do my certificates live?
Your certificates live on your profile page. You’ll see a Certificates section with how many you’ve earned out of 53 total. Click View all certificates to see your full collection — earned certs lit up, locked ones showing what’s still ahead.
Each certificate lists the modules completed, total duration, completion date, and learning objectives covered. PDFs are downloadable for credential renewal records.
How do I cancel?
From your account page, click Subscriptions and then Cancel. No questions asked. Access continues through the end of your current billing period.
